Our Los Angeles design studio is an integrated architecture and Interior Design practice, which deals with these problems, distance ring with an emphasis on multidisciplinary cooperation while striving design excellence. The Studio is a fun and fast-paced, and energetic environment with projects that vary widely in nature, scope and complexity. We are looking for designers to join our studio who wish to apply their passion and enthusiasm for design in a progressive work environment.

Our studio is looking for intermediate designers with approximately 5-8 years of experience in Corporate, entertainment or justice interiors. Ideal applicant is extremely creative, and want to work with a collaborative team dedicated to design excellence. The successful candidate will have strong Interpersonal skills can build client relationships, and communicate with a small team of junior designers. Primary responsibilities will be the translation of Interior Design direction from the Design directors/security accounts during the schematic design and development packages, develop conceptual space plans test fit and schematic design purposes, coordination of the schedule and budget with the administration of the principal and lead production of design documentation, primarily on the Revit platform. The applicant has the capacity to coordinate with consultants and regulatory bodies meet the overall objectives of the project and participate in construction management.

Qualifications: A Bachelor s degree Interior Design and/or architecture, or higher from an accredited design school approx. 5-8 years of experience, with an emphasis on firms, entertainment or justice interior projects 50, 000SF or greater NCIDQ certification/CCIDC certification or APPROXIMATELY registered architectand LEED AP experience in programming large clients with groups of diverse and competing needs Knowledgeable of the design process, including FF and E, furniture systems and specifications, colors and material fluidity with three-dimensional modeling software SketchUp required, Rhino very valued outstanding graphical presentation skills using Adobe Creative Suite experience with the design documentation in Autodesk Revit required
